Terms of service
GENERALITIES
The sales contract for ties or scarves (“Products”) through Internet is concluded between onlineTies.com Sàrl (“onlineTies.com”) and the acquirer of the Products ("Client"). The validation of the order by the Client implies its acceptance of the Terms of service. The Client declares his ability to contract with onlineTies.com on the basis of the Terms of service as displayed on the website of onlineTies.com (“the Site”). These Terms of service shall overrule any other statement displayed on the Site.
RENDERING OF THE TIES
We use the best techniques available to ensure a qualitative color reproduction on the Site. However, differences may appear between the actual Products and the images displayed on the Site.
DELIVERY
Delivery is available for Switzerland and European Union countries.
Shipping is free in Switzerland, regardless of the number of ties per order. For European Union countries, shipping taxes are at the charge of the Client. Our ties are usually delivered by priority mail within 2 business days (Monday to Friday) in Switzerland and within 7 days in European Union countries. There is no delivery on Sundays and national and cantonal holidays. We take no responsibility as regards the order and delivery process if the information given by the Client is inaccurate. In that case, onlineTies.com shall not be held responsible for the inability to deliver or meet deadlines. Should a delivery issue be accounted to the Post services, onlineTies.com would take no responsibility.
PRICES
The Products prices we invoice to the Client are those in force on the day of order.
PAYMENT CONDITIONS AND SECURITY
All payments processed through the Site are safe. onlineTies.com use the PayPal payment system. This integrated system is entirely secure and crypted using 128-bit SSL technology (Secure Socket Layer). The payments may be processed with VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER, ECHECK and PAYPAL at no additional expense. Proceedings and appeals costs should occur they will be at the entire expense of the Client.
DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY
The Client agrees the personal data he provides within the context of the contractual relation with onlineTies.com are recorded by onlineTies.com
The personal data related to the Client is recorded in the sole purpose of easing the purchase of new Products by the Client and guarantee the smooth processing of the commercial transaction (art 4 al 3 LPD).
The personal data related to the Client is processed in a confidential and secure manner (art 7 LPD).
In no case will these data be transmitted to a third-party.
ORDER
The contract is considered valid when the Client has confirmed his order and it has been validated. From this moment, the cancellation of the order is possible within 7 days.
ACCEPTATION OF THE ORDER
The acceptation of the order is done as soon as the latter has been received and verified. When confirming his order, the Client automatically signifies acceptance of these Terms of service. Should exceptional circumstances occur, related to insolvability or inaccurate information, onlineTies.com reserves the right to refuse the order from a Client.
CONFIRMATION
Clients receive an order confirmation by e-mail.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Clients are allowed a return right within 7 days from the reception of the Products. The Products must be returned in perfect condition in their original packaging, at the Client’s expense. Shall the Products be delivered to the Client in poor condition, we will exchange them if presented an official report of the Post.

onlineTies.com reserves all rights not expressly granted herein. Company may modify these Terms of service at any time by posting the revised Terms of service on the Site. Your continued use of this Site shall constitute your acceptance of such revised Terms of Service.
